Google Assistant, Philips Hue will simulate sunrise to gently wake you up

I use Sleep As Android for my alarm and for my Hue light to wake me up. I then use IFTTT with Sleep As Android to turn on my living room lights when I dismiss my alarm, but you could easily set that up to trigger a routine instead. SAA has IFTTT integration via webhooks so it's fairly easy to setup.

The brightening lights should wake you up over time instead of abruptly like standard alarms. It's not working as designed right now, but once it is fixed, there is a 'scheduling' function available in any custom routine you make in Google Home. So, while it doesn't necessarily tie it to your Sleep Cycle app and automate after the alarm, it does allow you to indicate a specific time of day that you want it to trigger every day. Tried short taps, long presses, hard presses, soft presses, nothing. No response at all, just a big animated hand showing how simple it is to get working by only doing what I’ve done a dozen times. As the name suggests, the Pixel’s display will gently brighten to simulate a sunrise. “Hey Google, turn on Gentle Wake up” to have your daily morning alarms pair with gradual brightening.
